Originally assembled on October 10, 1973, this 1974 Corvette 454 Convertible is LOADED with options, is in good condition, and is believed to have had the same owner since 1983. This car's paint is good-vg, with a nice shine. Convertible top is good-vg as well. All exterior glass in this car shows a correct date code, including the hardtop. Rally wheels are in place, with vg trim rings and center caps. BF Goodrich Radial T/A raised white letter tires show an an average of 11/32nds tread depth remaining. The interior of this 1974 Corvette 454 Convertible appears to be mostly original, with vg dash pad, vg-exc gauges, and good condition seats, carpet, and GM seatbelts. A vintage Custom Auto Sound AM/FM/Cassette stereo has replaced the original AM/FM radio, and an aftermarket Black 3 spoke steering wheel has replaced the factory wheel as well. The numbers matching LS4 454ci engine in this car shows original casting date October 4, 1973, and final assembly date October 8, 1973. Correct valve covers, ignition shielding, exhaust manifolds, alternator, and a/c compressor are all in place, and the frame is solid and rust-free. Other additions to this car include a chrome Moroso air cleaner with "454" decal, radiator flex fan, brushed aluminum plate for the radiator shroud with "CORVETTE" script, Holley carburetor, chrome water outlet, chrome timing cover, and a chrome breather. EGR valve has been painted Chevrolet Engine Orange as well. Included with this car will be a handwritten list of some of the work that has been done to the car while in the previous owner's possession, and a typed list of additional work performed by the same owner with dates for items replaced from 2018-20. The typed list states that the engine, transmission, and suspension were rebuilt at some point, although we have no invoices or receipts for this work.
